REQUIREMENTS
* AT LEAST 2 YEARS AS SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
* ASSISTING SALES TEAM
* RESPONDING TO SALES QUERIES
* COORDINATE BETWEEN SALES AND WAREHOUSES
* PREPARATION OF SALES DOCUMENTATION
* FAMILIAR WITH LOGISTICS AND CUSTOM PROCEDURES
* CARRYING OUT ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS SUCH AS DATA INPUT, PROCESSING INFORMATION, COMPLETING PAPERWORK AND FILING DOCUMENTS
* MAINTAINING OFFICE DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS
* FOLLOW UP CLIENTS ORDERS AND ACCOUNT PAYMENTS AFTER THE SALE
* COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS
* CONTACTING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO ARRANGE APPOINTMENTS
PERSONAL SKILLS
* GOOD PLANNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
* DETAILED ORIENTED
* GOOD COMMUNICATION AND ETHICS
* TEAM PLAYER
KNOWLEDGE:
* TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
* HAVE GOOD KNOWLEDGE ABOUT SALES PROCEDURES AND MERCHANT SERVICES
* GOOD COMMAND IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN ENGLISH
* GOOD COMMAND OF MS-OFFICE (WORD, EXCEL)
ADVANTAGES:
*PRIOR EXPERIENCE OF WORKING ON MICROSOFT DYNAMICS NAVISION OR ANY ERP SYSTEM
*WORK WITH CRM SYSTEM
*UAE DRIVING LICENSE
