This position is responsible for designing and developing results-driven learning solutions that align with CCAD’s vision, strategic objectives and learning strategy.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with the Management & Leadership Development team to identify and develop appropriate solutions to address capability development, and reinforce the organization culture, values and behavior.
Conduct thorough needs analysis, performance gap analysis, and interview SMEs to determine learning objectives, instructional strategies, project scope, timelines, required resources and potential constraints for learning solutions.
Design and develop solutions that are appropriate for targeted audiences and incorporate varied instructional design and delivery techniques based on identified needs and project objectives.
Research, write and develop the content for learning and performance support solutions, including facilitator guides, participant materials, quizzes/tests, and PowerPoint presentations.
Apply current research and theory to practice of learning solution design and delivery.
Take end-to-end ownership of specific modules or programs from a project management and operational perspective.
Facilitate workshops, forums and events, including new manager inductions, topic-specific workshops, and large scale communication / engagement sessions around culture, values and behavior.
Act as coach to specified individuals and groups.
