SENIOR MANAGER REVENUE OPTIMISATION – The Emirates Group – Uae

JOB PURPOSE 

Define and manage mid-term (1-3 year) Revenue Optimisation (RO) strategy to maximise revenue at acceptable yields and maintain seat factor of 80%, utilising Origin and Destinations, Pricing and Inventory Management tools. Ensure RO strategy is translated into measurable Key Performance Indicators – Yield, Route profitability, seat factor and market share and provide clear instructive vision/leadership to regional team in development/implementation of new decision support systems. Ensure revenue targets are formulated for the sales teams with periodic reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Commercial/Sales.Revenue Optimisation : 10+ Years

Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :

Exeprience in the Airline industry in Revenue Management/Pricing roles. Require exposure to capacity management, network planning, pricing and distribution strategies. Experience in business intelligence, fare analysis, elasticity models, reporting systems for strategic decision making required.
