To design and implement Business and customer development initiatives in furniture space to deliver or surplus unit P& L objectives.
Position Reporting: General Manager
To plan and achieve annual P& L objectives of team by cascading and applying a robust business and customer planning / review process periodically aimed to gain larger market share from potential customers.
Attain market leadership in furniture segment by Constantly generating customer leads and referrals by identifying new business opportunities and product applications.
Ensure adherence to various business process by the organization as per SOP’s.
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce,Arts or Science with an MBA in marketing is preferred.
Experience: 5-6 yrs experience in selling / handling the key brands of furniture with 2-3 yrs P& L accountability in mid to large sized commercial operations.
Should have good selling experience in Office Furniture
