Job Contents
•Responsible for achieving’ sales [Group & Individual]Targets set by Management
•Collection targets.
•Responsible for giving market information and competitors activities, in terms of special pricing, special offers, new product launch, training activities, etc
•Order forecast to be given as per customer segment & market allotted
•To ensure proper display POP materials at dealers shop
•Inquiry/Quotation follow up

New customer Development:
•Identification of new business opportunity and customer data base
•Sell-in concept to follow for dealers with well supported sell-in incentives

Communication (two way)

•Effective communication with Customers to understand their proper requirements
Business Awareness
•Identify and understand the business/department objectives, priorities and needs

Team player

•Ability to work effectively and co-operate in a team environment

Compliance and Quality

•Maintain high level of confidentiality Comply with regulatory guidelines, Maintain internal quality guidelines

Interpersonal Skills

•Ability to build relationships, communicate style to fit different situations

Account Management:
•Ensuring the process of receiving orders, delivery and invoice submission and payment collection is managed effectively and orders are received from the customer.

Training Programs for Customers:

•Identifying training needs for customers.
