Regional F&B Field Operations Manager – Azadea Group

Role Purpose
The Regional F&B Field Operations Manager is responsible for leading a successful operating brand in ensuring that operating methods are reviewed and best practice is achieved in order to grow the business whilst delivering excellent guest service

Key Accountabilities
Develop procedural documentation (Standard Operating Procedures), user guides and protocols while ensuring safety, quality control and customer service objectives are duly implemented
Ensure the maintenance of a healthy inventory level by tracking product replenishment and monitoring par levels for each inventory item to adjust orders accordingly
Monitor shop’s manpower efficiency and employee productivity to ensure that time and resources are allocated to the most important and impactful tasks
Develop and implement merchandising plans, assist in product marketing and promotion including restocking and rotation in order to increase sales opportunities
Keep abreast of industry and regularity trends, maintain awareness of best operating techniques and tools to continuously deliver timely enhancements
Recruit and train the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that managers are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration; HACCP certification is a must
6-7 years’ experience in Food and Beverage, out of which 3 years in a managerial position
Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
