We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Human Resources Manager for the corporate functions that support the Group. The role is of an HR Business Partner which includes management and evaluation of employee performance, the application of reward and benefits programs and related activities, managing the manpower budget for the respective unit and implementing organizational development initiatives.
The HR Manager is the business partner responsible for supporting employee queries and issues and managing grievances and disciplinary.
The role also includes managing, mentoring and leading a team of HR professionals who shall support you in achieving your objectives.
The Human Resources Manager would be a graduate or post graduate along with having atleast 8 – 10 years’ experience within the Human Resources domain, having led a team of professionals for a multinational/ mature established company.
The incumbent would have knowledge and experience with operations and compensation and benefits within the HR sphere along with being an excellent communicator and a leader.
