HR Business Partner, Emaar Properties

The HR Business Partner will be aligned to Emaar businesses to contribute and support the strategy and implementation of various projects and daily operational activities, which will give Emaar and its people an edge in terms of Human Resource Management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support the implementation of cultures that drive innovation and employee engagement.
  • Develop HR Strategy in support of short and long-term business goals by building partnerships and alliances throughout the organization.
  • Work on HR Projects cross-functionally.
  • Work with L&D in the design of succession plans for key talents and key job positions.
  • Provide advice and expertise to resolve HR related issues before escalating it to Employee Relations.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting and providing advice and support for the organizational change.
  • Enhance the skills of leaders and managers through facilitated coaching sessions in order to improve their overall leadership effectiveness.
  • Develop the HR brand, voice of the Employee and Employee value proposition.
  • Respond and create strategies resolving Employee engagement and feedback.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • CIPD qualified, Graduate or Member status is essential.
  • At least 5 years’ experience of working as a HR professional with at least 2 years working with a leadership level on a consultative and/or people matters (e.g. discipline, grievance,
  • Experience of working with middle/senior managers.
  • Experience of working in a stand-alone role.
  • Experience of implementing new initiatives and rolling out new ways of working.
  • Ideally have operated in a multisite HR role.
  • Experience of using Oracle ERP suite.
