A leading luxury watches and jewellery retailer is keen to hire a CRM Projects Manager who will participate in the conception and deployment of the CRM strategy in the market. He/she will support, guide and follow the operational implementation of projects in Internal and External markets. The main objective is to increase client acquisition and loyalty in a multi-channel environment (digital, call centre, boutiques, wholesale and client service).
Loyalty Programs – Develop and coordinate all relational programs (acquisition, recruitment, loyalty) and ensure implementation in Middle East markets.
Transversal Functions – Develop and coordinate client action plans for transversal functions: profiling clients, segmentation, and criteria definition for event invitation, mailing and emailing campaigns.
CRM & Digital – Ensure deployment of HTML communication plan with Data Analyst, create a local calendar for HTML requests and coordinates development with central eCRM team.
Systems & Databases – In charge of CRM systems in collaboration with company IT: SAP, Epiphany, Epsilon, CCFE in coordination with Data Analyst.
Performance – Measure and communicate results to management and to markets: international e-CRM performance dashboard, monthly emailing report, campaign monitoring, best practices.
Protection & Security of Client Data – Ensure the follow up and compliance of international data protection legislation (update client data form, wholesale contract amendment concerning data archiving and storage.
The Successful Candidates will have:
BA in Business Administration or similar.
Minimum 5 years in project management.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel).
Knowledge of NSI, SAP is a +.
Comfortable in general with most IT software.
Organized & rigorous.
Good communication skills.
Pragmatic and creative thinker.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
