UAE National ( Bilingual Arabic/English)
Is responsible for maintaining transparency and a community feel throughout the ADMZA through the constant, reliable and accurate communication of relevant information and developments. Assists the Head of Communication in all key elements of Company communications. To work in close cooperation with the Head of Communication in helping set communications strategy and provide hands-on, end-to-end implementation of communications plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to Communications and Media strategy.
Develop detailed, business-focused and robust communications plans (e.g. identifying key stakeholders, communication objectives, timing, frequency and metrics).
Merge all communications messages and communication delivered brand promises with all other communication activities to ensure consistency, synergy and brand differentiation and avoid duplication.
Ensure the implementation of all communications tactics and disciplines in support of a company-wide employee communications program.
Liaise with other operations departments and stakeholders (e.g. Marketing, Market Development & Facilitation).
Organize and manage public relations events and exhibitions.
Manage media relations, industry analyst relations, press announcements, editorial placement and speaking opportunities to ensure ADMZA’s goals and interests are met.
Execute media briefs – provide project and relationship management.
Identify, buy and oversee media buying process – including advertising.
Ensure marketing communications mix is synergistic and delivers message, brand reinforcement and stimulates consumer awareness.
Partner with wide variety of vendors to ensure ADMZA’s goals are met.
Select, orient, manage and quality-assure all internal and external partners.
Continuously measure and evaluate all communication management and execution processes – strive for cost effectiveness and continuous improvement.
Ensure the implementation of cost-effective activities – ensuring that all communications activities are well managed and extend a great return.
Continuously monitor, evaluate and report on communications activity.
Education, Experience & Skills
Knowledge of communications – including the strategic selection, deployment and measurement of solutions
Develop communication initiatives
5-8 years communications experience with a particular emphasis content creation and media relations
Experience of managing Third Party vendors
Graduate degree in Applied Media and Communications
