The Clinic Manager assumes the responsibility for the entire management and operations of the Clinic assigned. Responsibilities will include complete management for front/back office, medical records administration and outsourced contracts. Additionally, the Clinic Manager is responsible for providing operational oversight to all nursing and allied health staff.
A relevant qualification in Management/Administration will be a distinct advantage.
Must have previous experience in healthcare sector in a supervisory role.
At least five (5) years of customer service experience and two (2) years of experience in a managerial role is required.
Must be confident to provide leadership and operational assistance to the entire multicultural Clinic team.
Proficiency to manage the annual budgeting exercise for manpower, capital and patient volume-revenue will be a definite advantage.
Good skills with the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
Understanding of Medical terminologies and an acumen in both business and finance will be well regarded.
Good command in English is essential, Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
