About the Role:

1. Installation Management
Responsible for overseeing the installation and testing of security systems i.e., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Barriers, etc. as per design specifications, drawings and standards. Effective inspection and administration of quality measures for Installations. Maintain adherence to Labour safety and environmental protection; Use safe operating procedures at workplace.

2. Maintenance Engineering
Effective planning, supervision, monitoring and control of maintenance jobs with capability to analyse complex issues and coordinate the resolution of any problems that arises. Meet the levels of service response times and resolution to manage an effective maintenance programme. Maintenance Plans, Schedules, Quotes, Reports, KPIs are precise and promptly available to stakeholders. Invoicing milestones are met. Ensure technicians’ timesheets are monitored and investigated as appropriate. Monitor the quality of work of subordinates to achieve performance excellence.

3. Team Management / Coordination /Training
Effectively interact and communicate with Projects Management members, Implementation/Support Team, Commissioning Team, Procurement, and Logistics as required. Delegation, directing, motivating and training technical team for better productivity and efficient deliveries. Maintain reports from all team members and track follow up on remedial action taken on clients / business.

4. Reporting and Project Documentation
Collect / review daily reports from technicians, ensure weekly and monthly reports are submitted to LINE as needed, regularly. Prepare and submit installation progression and quality inspection reports, staffing and attendance, and maintenance reports. Attend regular and scheduled reviews with the end user and involved stakeholders when required and must record the all communication & MOM for future reference.

5. Special Projects
Conduct analysis of maintenance capabilities and requirements and make appropriate recommendations and proposals.

Bachelors Degree in Electronics’ and Communication / Electrical / Computer/IT Engineering
Years of industry experience and on-the-job training
Practical Experience / Skills
8 plus years of related industry experience with field minimum five years of experience in the design, installation and maintenance of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, Intercom, Gate Barriers, Display Systems, etc. Should have strong industry knowledge and up-to-date with emerging trends in Security Systems. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills with good organization and reporting skills, must be customer focused, creative and team player.
