A well-established luxury watches and jewellery brand are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to set up the strategy and lead the marketing team, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will have day-to-day responsibility for developing the strategy and operational marketing plans, along with their implementation.
Develop and manage all strategies and execute seasonal plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability, improved sell through in market and build consumer loyalty to the brand.
Planning and execution of corporate media campaign.
Organization of corporate PR and sponsorship activities.
Management of our presence on digital platforms (website and social media).
Establish contacts with hotel/mall managements and help identify, negotiate & execute marketing activities.
Manage display units rental and define brand allocation in collaboration with retail and brand marketing.
Assist in the development and forecasting of retail tools with commercial department.
Development of corporate sales tools in collaboration with Corporate Sales Manager (ie. Business cards, sales presentation tools, brochures, etc.).
Develop and / or source private sales tools locally or through Brand principles.
CRM / Database Management.
Implementation and management of internal database software.
Ensure proper and complete data entry by retail teams.
Plan and execute CRM initiatives with retail through proper analysis of database using RFM categorization.
Creation and management of reporting tools to be used with agencies and retail.
Evaluation of corporate marketing activities through ROI analysis.
Consolidation of all marketing activities and competition news in a periodic newsletter to be sent internally.
Assist in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department.

Strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
Ability to find areas of efficiencies.
Strong business acumen in channel distribution, net sales, margin, profit and inventory.
Strong presentation and communication skills, written and verbal.
Good organizational and time management skills & a proven ability to adhere to deadlines.
Prior knowledge of luxury.
Experience of successfully operating in multi-cultural organization.
University degree, preferably in marketing/business.
Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English and Arabic and or French.
