Assist HR team for recruitment requirements, included but not limited to advertising, shortlisting, screening, scheduling, etc.
Handle employee relations, staffing and the maintenance of employment records, etc.
Assist in, and prepare employees’ final settlements, leave adjustments, attendance verifications, loan approvals, and exit interviews, etc.
Coordinate with PRO for new visa or other legal document processes and existing visa renewals or cancellations.
Oversee accommodation and transportation requirements of staff and provide the required assistance.
Performs a wide variety of record keeping and payroll processing activities, including computing wage and overtime payments,calculating and recording payroll deductions, processing requests for paycheck advances.
