The Growth Markets Growth & Strategy Initiatives Associate Manager is part of the Growth Markets (Geographic Services) organization and supports the Growth & Strategy team in the design, development and implementation of short and long-term growth & strategy initiatives and programs in support of achieving business growth targets in the Growth Markets. These initiatives may include Growth Markets leadership team meetings/programs, innovation programs, Client Account Leadership development programs, targeted talent search activities, identifying / researching globally relevant business topics and leadership practices, and business operations activities for the team.
Primary accountability is to the Program Manager(s) and/or Senior Program Manager(s)-Growth Markets, Growth & Strategy in managing the scope, approach, timeline, quality, effort and risk across multiple growth & strategy initiatives and programs.
•Drive assigned workstreams in the development and execution of growth & strategy initiatives and programs that support the achievement of Growth Markets business growth objectives
•Contribute to the development of journey management strategies and key deliverables and communications to Accenture senior leadership including the Growth Markets Leadership team, GU Innovation leads, etc.
•Manage tools, technologies and vendor relationships necessary to support the Growth Markets growth & strategy initiatives and programs
•Develop multi-media presentations on topics related to the business strategy and Growth Markets growth & strategy initiatives and programs
•Establish/maintain team sharepoint sites: oversee posting and updating documents / editing sharepoint pages / etc.
•Manage budget forecasting, tracking, and analysis for assigned workstreams within Growth Markets growth & strategy initiatives and programs and ensure adherence to accounting principles for assigned initiatives
•Research globally relevant business topics, leadership practices, and thought leaders as input to Growth Markets growth & strategy initiatives and programs design and to address ad hoc requests
•Oversee the development and implementation of survey instruments and data collection tools as appropriate to support evaluation of Growth Markets growth & strategy initiatives and programs
•Exemplify effective teaming skills both within and outside of the team
•Develop team members—providing coaching, feedback and ongoing support for high performance achievement and career development
