F&B Marketing Specialist – Dubai – Azadea Group

Key Accountabilities
Participate in setting up and implementing marketing strategies as well as a activities and artworks in support of the marketing plan aiming at maximizing consumer brand awareness and revenues in close coordination with relevant F&B Brand Managers, F&B Operations Managers and Marketing teams.
Maintain strong relationship with key media partners, stores and external parties to maximize marketing and advertising opportunities and ensure the achievement of a high level of service
Ensure adherence of all marketing campaigns/promotions to marketing plans and specifications set by brand owners in order to ensure regional/global brand image standardization
Stay up to date with Market and online trends as well as competitor’s activities in a variety of channels in order to ensure campaigns are relevant within each market and a defined level of brand revenue and profitability are defined
Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities
Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions for generating brand revenue, profitability and increasing market share
Monitors sales reports in order to assess the commercial success of marketing plans/campaigns on brand revenue, profitability and market share and takes corrective actions where possible

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
2-3 years of experience in a similar field
Strong knowledge of key Marketing and Advertising principles
Fluency in English; Arabic and French are a major Plus
Proficiency in MS Office
